About You You will be an authentic, compassionate and value centric people leader who aligns with our philosophy and core values on resident wellbeing, quality of care, employee engagement and operational excellence You are a natural people person who thrives when being with your people walking the floors touching base with residents, their families and our staff whilst leveraging your strong capabilities as below; Senior leadership capabilities across the dynamic operations in a residential aged care facility, including aged care accreditation standards, aged care legislation and a strong working knowledge of aged care funding. A highly collaborative, approachable, and influential leadership style focused on the provision of clinical care and customer service to residents, and the management of staff. Strong leadership skills and ability to influence all stakeholders to achieve outcomes and achieve cultural change. Superior communication skills verbal, written & an appreciation for a multi-cultural healthcare workforce. Passion and commercial flair to profitability of your business, developing occupancy sales strategies and a strong commitment to both local community allied health & sector networking experience to underpin your occupancy and admissions strategy. Very comfortable in a KPIs and service level (SLA's) performance, people engagement and workplace safety environment whereby you skilfully use these frameworks to driver operational excellence and a high trust environment. Astuteness across P&L's, Budgeting, and financial management acumen. Ability to put systems and processes in place at every level of a new business/facility.
